  • Post graduate training in sports and exercise psychology

  • Specializing in anxiety disorders, behavior management, depression, grief and loss, parenting issues, performance enhancement, relationship issues, team consulting, and weight and fitness management

  • October 1998 – December 2012, Counselor, Catholic Charities Family Counseling Center. Population included adults, children, adolescents, couples, families and parenting groups
